Score padel from your wrist

One tap per rally on the Apple Watch. The phone can stay in the bag for the whole match.

One tap per point

Tap the pair that won the rally. Games, sets and the change of serve are worked out for you, so the only thing you have to remember between points is which side won.

Undo without stopping

The undo button sits next to the match timer. Tap it and the score steps back one point, including across a game or set boundary.

Runs on the watch alone

Scoring does not need the iPhone nearby. The watch keeps the match and syncs it back when the phone is in range again.

Live on the watch face

A complication and a Smart Stack widget show the current game score, so a glance at your wrist is enough while you towel off.

Real padel rules, the ones your club plays

Golden point or advantage, best of three or a single set, tiebreak at 6-6 and a super tiebreak decider if that is your format.

Golden point or advantage at 40-40

Switch on the golden point, one of the official FIP options, and 40-40 becomes one deciding rally. Switch it off for traditional advantage scoring. Both are one tap in the setup screen.

Tiebreaks handled properly

At 6-6 the app moves into a tiebreak to 7, needs the two clear points, and keeps the serve rotation right, which is where wrist scoring usually falls apart.

Super tiebreak decider

If one set each means a race to 10 at your club, turn on the super tiebreak and the third set is replaced by it.

Serve indicator

The serving pair is marked on both the watch and the iPhone, and the mark follows the two-point rotation inside a tiebreak.

Every match is a workout in Apple Health

The watch starts a workout session when the match starts and stops it when the match ends, so a padel session shows up alongside your runs.

Live heart rate

Heart rate is on the scoreboard while you play. The workout session only runs during the match, so a 40 minute match does not turn into a four hour workout.

Saved as a workout

Duration and active energy are written to Apple Health when the match finishes, which means the Fitness rings and your weekly totals include padel.

Match Detail draws the trace across the whole match with the average and peak, so a long third set looks different from a quick 6-1.

Points won, tiebreaks played

Alongside the health numbers: total points won by each pair, tiebreaks played, and the rules the match was played under.

The iPhone is the bench view

Same match, bigger screen. Useful for the pair sitting out, and for everything you want to look at afterwards.

The current game score, the set scores and the match timer update on the iPhone while the watch is doing the scoring.

Match history

Every finished match is kept with its set scores, duration, total points, tiebreaks played and the rules used.

A card for the group chat

Match Detail exports a card with the result, the set scores, the duration and the heart rate trace. That is usually the first thing people send after a win.

Doubles names

Name both pairs and all four players once and they stay for the next match, which makes the history readable months later.

How a match goes

  1. 1

    Set the format before the first serve

    Best of three or a single set, golden point on or off, super tiebreak decider on or off. Name the pairs if you want the history to read well.

  2. 2

    Start the match on the watch

    Starting the match starts a workout session, so heart rate and active energy are recorded from the first point.

  3. 3

    Tap the pair that won the rally

    Points become games, games become sets, and the serve indicator moves on its own. Undo fixes a wrong tap.

  4. 4

    Match point ends it

    The watch shows who won and how long it took. The match is saved to Apple Health and to the history on your iPhone, where you can share the card.

The app's scoring engine, ported to the browser. Set the rules, tap the pair that won the rally, and the board handles the rest. It runs on this page, and on its own page if you want it full width.

  • The rules your club plays. Golden point or advantage at 40-40, best of three or a single set, and a super tiebreak to 10 in place of a third set.
  • Undo any rally. A wrong tap steps back one point, across a finished game or set if it has to. The board keeps the whole match in an undo stack.
  • Keyboard scoring. A and B give the point to a pair, U undoes. Useful if you are running the board from a laptop on the bench.
  • Saved in this browser. The match in progress survives a reload, and finished matches go into a local history list. No account, no server.

Questions people actually ask

How do you keep score in padel?

Padel uses tennis game scoring: 15, 30, 40, then game. Six games with a two-game lead wins a set, 6-6 goes to a tiebreak, and most matches are best of three sets. At 40-40 the club or tournament plays advantage, the golden point or, on the FIP circuits since 2026, the Star Point.

What is the golden point in padel?

At 40-40 one deciding rally settles the game, with no advantage. The receiving pair chooses whether to receive from the right or the left side. It is one of three 40-40 methods in the FIP rules; since January 2026 the FIP circuits, Premier Padel included, use the Star Point instead, and clubs and leagues choose their own.

The Star Point is the FIP scoring method that applies from 1 January 2026: at 40-40 you play up to two advantage cycles, then one deciding point settles the game. Padel Score Tracker scores advantage and golden point. It does not have a Star Point mode.

You play a tiebreak. First pair to seven points wins it, and they need to be two clear points ahead, so 7-6 is not enough. The set is recorded as 7-6.

What is a super tiebreak in padel?

A race to 10 points, won by two clear points, played instead of a full third set when the pairs have a set each. FIP calls it the super tie-break, and the FIP Promises and FIP Beyond rulebooks call it the match tie-break to 10. It applies only when the format says so.

Who serves next in padel?

The two pairs alternate service games, and one player serves a whole game before the serve passes to the other pair. Inside a tiebreak the first server serves one point and then service alternates every two points.

Does Apple Watch track padel?

As of watchOS 27 (checked on 28 September 2026) the Workout app has no padel type, so a padel app has to start a workout session itself. Padel Score Tracker does that while the match runs, which is what puts heart rate and active energy into Apple Health.

Can I keep score without my phone?

Yes. Scoring runs on the Apple Watch on its own and the match syncs to the iPhone when it is back in range. The phone can stay in your bag for the whole match.

How much does Padel Score Tracker cost?

The download is free and a subscription unlocks the app. It runs on iPhone and Apple Watch, in seven languages.

Which languages does the app speak?

English, Spanish, Portuguese for Portugal and Brazil, Italian, French, Swedish and Dutch. The language switches inside the app and takes effect immediately.

Does it work for singles and for Americano?

The app scores two sides, whether that is two pairs or two single players, so doubles and singles both work. Americano and other rotating social formats are not a separate mode in version 1.0.

Is there an Android or Garmin version?

No. Padel Score Tracker is for iPhone and Apple Watch only. On Android, or with a Garmin or another watch, the free web scoreboard at getpadelscore.com/play/ runs the same scoring in the browser on your phone or tablet, with no account.
